Rates in Polish zlotys (PLN) are only for Polish participants.
Online participants outside of Poland have Reverse Charge, while all other participants are exempt from VAT.
Personal participation fee covers:
welcome package, book of abstracts, participation in plenary sessions and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches (June 22-24), gala dinner (June 22), evening event (June 23) and guided tour of Wrocław (June 24). The fee does not cover the accommodation costs. Information about the recommended hotel with a 15% discount for participants of the conference can be found in “Accomodation” subpage.
Online participation fee covers:
participation in plenary sessions via Zoom platform and a book of abstracts in the electronic version.
